Terms of Service
By contracting my services, you agree to my terms. I reserve the right to refuse (or discontinue) a commission for any reason besides non-cooperation with my ToS.

You may not use my artwork commercially unless agreed on.Do not claim my artwork as your own (plagiarism), and in that same line, ALWAYS ensure that I am credited when sharing my artwork.
PROCESS
Thank you for showing interest in commissioning me! When doing so, expect such process:
When contacting me for a commission order, you should make sure your intention is clear to me, and that you have visual references of your desired OC at hand. I will not work from descriptions.
Communicate the vision of your desired piece to me, as clearly as you can. Do send visual references of your intended idea if you have any at your disposal.
The commission will only start being worked on post-payment.
By default, I may post the finished artwork and its process on my social media. If that doesn't line up with your wishes, do tell me to exempt you from that, before I start working on your piece.
A first sketch will be provided, and I will ask for feedback before I continue work; unclear feedback won't guarantee your desired result. You also reserve the right to ask for WIPs!
Unless I have missed any important elements, I will not perform any other changes upon finishing the commission.
DISLCAIMER: Due to time constraints mainly attributed to a schedule populated by university studies, the speed of my art making may vary. Regardless, I will communicate any time constraints that may appear. Thank you for understanding!
Payment and Refund Policy
Refund may only be possible if I haven't started working on the commission or have no means to finish it.
You are NOT authorised to issue a chargeback for any reason.
Do not send me any payment until I have confirmed that I can accept it.
Payment is done upfront, in EUR(€), via Stripe, which can easily be done through my Ko-Fi.
